Technical description
Rubber compounds without proper reinforcement, unstable black masterbatch and plastics without UV protection fail on pigment/filler specification — not only on process. Plectus Carbon Black is grade-selected for reinforcement, color and, when needed, conductivity in elastomers, tires and compounds. Technical support to match grade and dosage to the matrix and target mechanical performance.
We recommend evaluating polymer matrix, thermal cycle and process conditions before setting optimal dosage. Our application team supports lab and pilot trials through industrial qualification.
