Froc® Apple Slices without Core are produced in São Joaquim/SC with automated dehydration to < 5% moisture (EMBRAPA method), 2.5 kg pack, no preservatives and a 5-month shelf life. We recommend evaluating polymer matrix, thermal cycle and process conditions before setting optimal dosage. Our application team supports lab and pilot trials through industrial qualification.
