Technical description
PVC extrusion lines lose throughput when the compound sticks to metal, causing plate-out and compromising surface finish. This Processing Aid combines a lubricant with high-molecular-weight waxes to act as an external lubricant, reducing equipment friction and stabilizing fusion control. Suited to liners, films, corrugated sheets and surface-mounted conduits.
We recommend evaluating polymer matrix, thermal cycle and process conditions before setting optimal dosage. Our application team supports lab and pilot trials through industrial qualification.
