This Processing Aid lowers compound viscosity and improves filler wetting, shortening the mixing cycle and improving flow during molding. The result is higher throughput and a superior finish on the vulcanizate.
We recommend evaluating polymer matrix, thermal cycle and process conditions before setting optimal dosage. Our application team supports lab and pilot trials through industrial qualification.
