Technical description
Coatings and packaging that require barrier and flexibility crack when the wax is too rigid. Microcrystalline Paraffin Wax is a high-molecular-weight hydrocarbon with a fine crystal structure, delivering greater flexibility, plasticity and tack than macrocrystalline paraffin. Suited to coating, packing, anticorrosive protection and plasticity adjustment in compounds.
We recommend evaluating polymer matrix, thermal cycle and process conditions before setting optimal dosage. Our application team supports lab and pilot trials through industrial qualification.

Frequently asked questions
How do I request the official product documentation?
Download the preliminary PDF above or contact us on WhatsApp — within one business day our engineering team returns signed documentation and the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) per lot.
Do you provide samples for testing?
Yes. We supply bench samples (≤ 1 kg) and pilot-scale quantities subject to technical evaluation of the use case.
Is there application support during qualification?
Yes. Our team follows the project from lab testing through industrial runs, adjusting dosage and process parameters.
