Technical description
UV-curing systems need low viscosity for application, but diluting with inert solvent reduces crosslinking and final adhesion. N-Vinyl-2-Pyrrolidone is a reactive monomer acting as a reactive diluent: it lowers mix viscosity and is built into the polymer network during cure, accelerating crosslinking in acrylate-oligomer formulations. It also improves adhesion to non-polar substrates such as plastics and metals.
We recommend evaluating polymer matrix, thermal cycle and process conditions before setting optimal dosage. Our application team supports lab and pilot trials through industrial qualification.

Frequently asked questions
How do I request the official product documentation?
Download the preliminary PDF above or contact us on WhatsApp — within one business day our engineering team returns signed documentation and the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) per lot.
Do you provide samples for testing?
Yes. We supply bench samples (≤ 1 kg) and pilot-scale quantities subject to technical evaluation of the use case.
Is there application support during qualification?
Yes. Our team follows the project from lab testing through industrial runs, adjusting dosage and process parameters.
