Technical description
Plastic films and parts build up electrostatic charge, attract dust and complicate stacking, printing and mold release. Glycerol Monostearate works simultaneously as antistatic, dispersant and lubricant: it migrates to the surface and dissipates charge while improving homogenization of fillers and additives in the matrix. Available in non-toxic grade.
We recommend evaluating polymer matrix, thermal cycle and process conditions before setting optimal dosage. Our application team supports lab and pilot trials through industrial qualification.
