Polissorbato Pó Poli-K is part of the official Konkreta line supplied by Plectus Química. Pó de polissorbato 80 e dióxido de silício para substituir o polissorbato líquido em pães, moinhos e melhoradores. Contém derivados de trigo e pode conter soja.
