Technical description

Rubber exposed to ozone and UV radiation develops microcracks that evolve into cracking and premature aging, even without mechanical load. Antiozonant Wax migrates to the vulcanizate surface and forms a continuous protective film that physically blocks ozone attack. It preserves mechanical properties and extends the service life of tires, profiles, seals and hoses.

We recommend evaluating polymer matrix, thermal cycle and process conditions before setting optimal dosage. Our application team supports lab and pilot trials through industrial qualification.
