Technical description
Foam formed during grinding, storage or application causes craters, coverage defects and yield loss in the finished product. The Defoamer breaks bubbles already formed and prevents new ones by acting on the system's interfacial tension. It ensures consistent filling, clean application and a smooth finish in paints, varnishes and waterborne systems.
We recommend evaluating polymer matrix, thermal cycle and process conditions before setting optimal dosage. Our application team supports lab and pilot trials through industrial qualification.
